We collect the information you provide to run your account — your business details, the users you add, and the business data you enter (products, parties, transactions). We also collect basic contact details when you request a demo.
We use your data only to provide and improve the service, to back it up, and to contact you about your account and support. We do not sell your data.
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS, passwords are hashed, access is role-based, and daily backups are taken. See our Security page for more.
We only share data with service providers needed to run TradeFlow (for example, hosting), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
