TradeFlow ERP is provided as a subscription service. By using it you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the data you enter and for the actions of users you invite.
Plans are billed monthly (or annually) in PKR as shown on the Pricing page. Fees are due in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel; cancellation stops future billing and access at the end of the paid period.
Your business data belongs to you. We store and process it to provide the service, back it up, and keep it secure. You can request an export of your data at any time.
We aim for high availability and provide support over WhatsApp and email. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
TradeFlow is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.
